Vicky – Programme Development Manager

Vicky has been on her PEEK journey since 2001. She started as a participant in the children’s and then youth programmes. At the age of 15, Vicky completed her Duke of Edinburgh Award and began volunteering with PEEK as part of her service. Since then, Vicky has completed a trainee play assistant apprenticeship and then moved on to become a Play Ranger with PEEK and then Children’s Play Coordinator overseeing the Let’s Play Programme in 32 communities across the East and North of Glasgow. As of 2022, Vicky takes on the new role of Programme Development Manager with a particular focus on the Play Programme. Vicky’s educational background in Play Work, Youth Work and Community Development makes her passionate about outdoor play and child development.
