During these fourteen years, we have:
Gained charitable status, become a company limited by guarantee and changed our name to PEEK – Possibilities East End Kids and then to PEEK- Possibilities For Each and Every Kid.
Expanded our remit in terms of geography and age (we now work with children and young people from 5 – 25 throughout the East and North of Glasgow) and have won awards in recognition of our achievements – see What we do today
Grown our staff team (we now employ 12 members of staff supported by a bank sessional staff and over 40 volunteers) and invested time and energy in developing their skills and abilities – see Who we are
Secured and managed over £2.5 million of grants and donations from our funders and supporters to help achieve successful outcomes for many children and young people – see Finances
Made positive and effective contributions to a range of local partnerships and networks – see Partnerships and joint working
Have achieved our Investors in People Award, ISO9001, Volunteer Friendly Award and Legacy Branding 2014.
Built a strong board of directors including joint staff and board sub groups.
